Phoebe’s Ode to Edinburgh
Edinburgh gin collaborated with TV-star Phoebe Waller-Bridge to release a limited-edition bottle that reflects the inside story of Fleabag, the iconic one-woman show.
The bottle aimed to “capture the wonder of Edinburgh through the lens of Fleabag” according to the spirits brand.

Joff, an ecologist by training, was implementing a farm diversification initiative to improve wildlife habitats, which resulted in an abundance of sloes.
